Reset Password

In the event that you have forgotten your password and you are unable to login into Katala, you can request a password reset.

1. Ensure you are at the login page for Katala.

2. Click on Forgot Your Password.
3. The Forgot Password page is displayed.
4. Enter your email address.

5. Click on Reset Password.
6. Open the email received, and click on the link.
   • If you do not receive the email:
     • Check your SPAM folder.
     • Verify that the email address you have entered has been spelled correctly.
     • Verify that the email address you have used is linked to an account in Katala.
7. The password reset page is displayed.
8. Complete the fields as follows:
   • New Password: Enter your new password.
   • Confirm new password: Confirm your new password.

9. Click on Reset Password.
10. The password is reset, and the login page for Katala is displayed.
11. Login in to Katala with your new password.

Change Password

1. Ensure you are already logged into Katala.
2. Click on your user profile icon, which can be found in the Navigation Bar.
3. Your user profile sidebar is displayed.

4. Click on Change Password…
5. The Change Password page is displayed.

6. Complete the fields as follows:
   • New Password: Enter your new password.
   • Confirm new password: Confirm your new password.
7. Click on Change Password.
8. The password is changed.
9. Login in to Katala with your new password.
